^ exactly.. so for example when you change gears.. and sometimes you feel like the engine moves a lot or isnt ready for the change of speed it feels like it jumps... this allows the engine to be firm with the rest of the car... kind of like getting aftermarket mounts... stiffens the whole car up to handle launch better and downshifts or change of speed better.. well my two cents.. still drinking my coffee so didnt word it as well as I could

i dont know if they fit the 3gl TL but i know new it is sold $150 + shipping
