HKS Super Drager Axleback Exhausts 2G TL/CL
Important Things to Consider I purchased these brand new, I am the only owner. I believe these fit 2G TL 99-03 and 2G CL 01-03. I bottomed out a couple of times, so the bottom of both tips are scratched. There are minor scratches on the canisters here and there but still look nice and shiny. There are no dents or leaks, just scratches. These come with nuts and bolts ready to be hung.
I had these professionally extended by approximately 4.5 inches so the exhaust tips are flushed with my body kit. Also, note that the two hangers of the exhausts were readjusted to ensure that everything hung straight on my car, so you may or may not have to get it readjusted on your car.
Location Buena Park, CA.
Mileage Roughly 20,000 miles.
Price $300 picked-up, not shipping at the moment.
Off the car waiting for a new owner:
Notice the scratches on the bottim tip:
See the hangers? They were readjusted:
Extended at the pipe by approximately 4.5 inches:
How they looked on my car:
Thanks for looking. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Sorry guys, I forgot all about this.
faisaljaber - I will definitely let you know if I decide to ship these.
typeS6S - Please submit your offer via PMs, I am open to offers.
jjashaa - I am near Cypress College/ Cypress High School.
Sound Although it is hard to describe the sound without actually hearing it (though I'm sure you can search the site for one), I can say that these are NOT loud at all so long as you have your big exhaust resonator intact.
When I first got these, I opted to remove the small resonator. I noticed that that didn't do anything to amplify the sound, so I then opted to remove the big resonator as well. This definitely brought out the beast. I enjoyed it for awhile, but then it became obnoxious. It was just too loud for me, but not in those annoying Integra-fart-canisters way. You can sense the vibrations that it caused. In fact, be prepared to set off sensitive car alarms the next time you are at a Wal-Mart if you have both resonators removed.
When I decided to put back the big resonator and just leave the small one, the exhausts became heaven sent--not too loud, not too quiet, it was just right. With the small one removed, the sound doesn't really kick in until you accelerate your car over 2000 RPM. Above the 2000-range, you can hear the HKS groan and moan.
Thanks for your inquiries.

I've received interests by parties outside the state of California, but I'm really looking to avoid shipping for now. Anyone local interested? These are still up for grabs people. Thanks.

That's an excellent question and it's something I've always pondered myself. But because I don't have access to a CL or a TL without a kit, I'm not in a position to offer you an intelligent answer. However, if you read p.diddy's comments above, he mentions that it fits him fine. But is an '01 CL different from an '03 CL? I really don't know too much about CL models.

edit: Sorry after reading it again, I realize what you are asking now. To answer your question, no, the tips would not stick out more if I had no bodykit. The tips wouldn't reach out past the bumper. Even if you had no bodykit, I would imagine you would still want to extend the exhausts because the thing is just too short imo. Again, this applies to a 2G TL. Thanks.

CL exhausts are shorter at the tail than the TL. I think yours was originally for a CL hence you had to extend for the TL to begin with. I remember this when I had my CL and now have TL.
So to answer the question, yes your exhaust now would go past the bumper on a CL and stick out because of the extension. These particular mufflers were onlyl made for the Accord Coupe and CL. The fit fine on the TL but have to be extended at the front of the muffler to "look" right.
Hope this clears up some confusion for you guys!
If you plan to ship, I would be interested in these as I loved the sound they made on my CL!!!

It's 31 inches from the very front tip all the way the very backend.
You mentioned the setup you currently have is too quiet for you. In that case, I wouldn't recommend this product to you unless you are willing to remove the large exhaust resonator. Reason is, this particular HKS is very quiet. However, once you remove the large resonator, the beast really comes out and it's super loud, but in a very good way. It doesn't sound like one of those fart can Civics. The sound it produces is very deep. Please let me know if I can do anything else. Thanks.
