no sir....no tears no wear out signs....i will be honest with you, the mounts have ~70K miles on them !!!
i got the car when it had 60K miles and the 1st owner was an old fart!!! i dont have the side coz i tore it apart to see whats in them while installing innovative mounts

there are 2 parts here....one that is under the oil pan....the other goes from side to side under your front precat !!!

There are several parts on there that deal with "item number 20"
Swoosh, I think dred87 may be refering to the larger part in the diagram that curls back. He stated 'intake' and 'under the fender'.
It's the black plastic piece that is located under the fenders and over the wheels [in the fender-well]. The front bumper clips onto the front-end of this fender-liner.
At least... That is what I am [more than] sure he is speaking about.
I've replaced this part many times due to my forgetfulness of driving the TL without it attached to the bumper.
