Hmm,
No it's not unlocked..BUT I'll put out a few feelers to see if I can get it unlocked.. I hear it runs about 20-25$ to have it unlocked. I'll call a few guys I know.. you can check with your local mom and pop shop too. Or with your service provider if they'll unlock it for you.. In Europe, GSM providers unlock your phone if you buy their SIM card . The other option is the data cable (like 13$ on ebay) + 10 pounds
