I heard that Racing Hart Evolution is a totally separate company from the Racing Hart and Lowenhart of Japan.
Dazz Motorsports distributes both the RH and RH Evo wheels in the US. but I think the EVO line of wheels are inferior to the real original Racing Harts. and the Dazz Motorsports ads in the magazines play off the 2 companys are the same one. the ads are almost exactly the same.
the EVOs aren't in the Japan Hart Wheels catalogue
