I got a Plantronics CA10 Cordless Telephone Headset Amplifier. Its in excellent shape. I'm askin $110 shipped, Here are the Features:

Adjustable volume control

Phone, talk and charge indicator lights
Mute indicator light
Compatible with Plantronics Handset Lifter Accessory(HL1)
