This is still available. If nobody bites by tomorrow (6/6/04) it goes to eBay.
If you have an 01 and also need the 03 cupholder I'll bundle it with the DVD, but you have to pay $5 shipping. It's black.

so i have a 01 cls with orginal disk that i would like to be upgraded to the latest. will it be the 2.11? or is the 2.05 the same as mine? thanks

You can pull out the DVD from the brain. Look at the bottom of the disc you will see "Ver.2.XXX" My guess yours should be 2.03
