yes, it will work.

bridged means if you run both amplifier channels into one speaker

14.4 is the voltage of a car battery

300w x 1 is the power into the one channel.

oh crap, i just noticed the amp is 600 Watts max, my sub is 1000 Watts max. Do u think it will be too under powered?
