JL 8W3V2 does it fit for TL stock Sub? and do i have to install a new aftermarket amp for the new sub.

It is a direct fit ( but you have to drill new holes) and yes use an aftermarket sub to power it, the stock sub isn't powerful enough. Likewise, they don't have any on ebay, I'm selling it for what I paid for it.
