Yes they will fit in your '06, but they are not the same as the '06-'07 JDM headlights.

 

Keep in mind that the 06-07 ballasts will not fit with the 04-05 headlights. They'll work, but you'll need to find a way to keep the ballasts on the headlight.

EuRTSX is correct about the ballast. I had forgot about them being different.

hey, I'm local (in NC), will pick up the headers if the price is less for pick up, as well as grille and hoodtrim...I posted on the same on TSX club as well

No, only 04-05 TSX's.

 

You will need to find some 04-05 TSX ballasts for it to work or custom mount the 06-08 ballasts on the JDM headlights.
