I have a MSI industrial grade Fuzzy GME965 Mini-ITX motherboard with Intel Celeron M 430 1.73Ghz CPU 533Mhz FSB 1M cache. It also comes with 512MB DDR2 memory and mini-PCI express Wi-Fi card. The board is running on the 965GME chipset which is one of the best chipset available for the mini-ITX right now. You can find more information under msi website. The I/O shield and driver CD is included. The board is tested to be good working condition. however it does have an evaluation version of the BIOS. but I did set it up and test it out, everything seems to be working just fine dispite the version of BIOS. there is new version of BIOS availble on the website which you might be able to upgrade that; not recommended tho since it's working fine the way it is.
