FS: Bunch of Stuff.... TL, CL, OEM Misc, etc....

Hey all,

Finally cleaned out our garage after living here for a little over a year and a half, and came across some things I didn't even realize I still had.

Items and prices listed below (all prices are OBO), prices do NOT include shipping. If you want something, reply here or PM me with your zip and I'll get you a shipping estimate. If it's a larger item I'll get a more accurate estimate. If it's something small, I'll estimate based on distance and how big the item you want shipped is.

I really don't have any pics, but if you need/want a pic of something, let me know and I'll snap a quick one on the garage. New items indicated as such, otherwise, items are used..

TL:
NEW Black Diamond Lower Grille (similar to Grille-Tech) - $35
Stock Headers and Downpipe (came off 2002 TL-S) - $90
Stock Airbox and Resonaitor (came off 2002 TL-S) - $45
Acura Emblems, "3.2 TL" - $15
California Car "Storm Weave" Cover for 1999-2003 TL* (has "Junior" embroidered in blue in front) - $185

* Visit this link and scroll down to read about the Storm Weave cover. I also have the cable lock, so that will be included too. Catch is I don't have a key for the little lock, so you'll need to cut it and get a new small lock for a few bucks.

CL/TL, etc.:
NEW Autovation Stainless Steel Competition Pedals (Auto) - SOLD
NEW 2 Stainless Steel door locks - $15
NEW 2 Rubber Exhaust Hangers (used to adjust height of CT Exhausts) - SOLD
NEW Amsoil SDF44 Oversized Oil Filter - $9
NEW Hella Air Horn (plastic cut open, but item never removed) - $25
Acura Emblems, Black Chrome "ACURA" letters (still have adhesive on back) - $15
Acura Emblems, "Type-S" - $15
All Chrome "Type-S" License Plate Frame - SOLD
Seatbelt Pads "Powered By Acura" with "A" logo - SOLD
"Acura TL Blvd" Street Sign - $30
K&N Recharger Kit for intakes (used once) - $12
DEI Scanning LED Module - $3
Bright Red LED light (replace stock alarm LED) - $3

.

Hey all. Thanks for the replies. OK, if I read correctly, the pics requested were for the pedals, chrome plate frame, and grille. I also took a shot of the LED and Exhaust Hangers for fun. See below.....

Autovation Pedals:

Chrome "Type-S" Frame (sorry pic isn't better, it was tough to get w/o a reflection):

TL Lower Grille (bought for 2002 TLS):

I never even installed the hangers, but yes, they were supposed to be the solution to the uneven CT Exhaust issue....

Scanning LED is red. Figure on $2 shipping. I can't imagine it being much more then that... and if it is, I'll eat it.

Do you happen to have the center "A" in black chrome too? Or just the letters.

^ Letters only since I had a 2002 TL-S and the "A" only fit the 1999-2001 unless you modified the trunk holes.

Do those pedals come with any kind of rubber inserts, or is there any place to get those separate?

Figure $3 to Greensboro and yes, so far no one has contacted me to arrange payment on the Chrome Type-S frame... so it is still available.

They do not and unfortunately I do not know of any place that sells them. The way you see it in the pic is exactly how they come. I only removed them from the box and unwrapped them to take a picture. If you're concerned about slippage from what I've read, there's no need to be. The design of them prevents slippage based on what I read from those that installed them when they were being sold on the forum...

Shipping for both since I can combine them would be $5 to the left coast. The plate is available, but there has been some interest on it. I PMed you my paypal address.

Keep in mind that everything is first come, first serve... so whoever sends payment first gets the item regardless of when I was contacted. I've had interest on a lot of items, but no one has ponied up the dough, so whoever sends payment for something gets it...

^ Hey. PM Sent

And I found the pic below from another member on here. Not sure what brand he has, but the design looks very similar. I tried to get a pic from Grille-Tech's page, but the one pic they had of a black grille was dark and you could hardly see the grille... so this is the closest I could find...

It's about time you cleaned out that garage. How'd you find everything anyway?

What happened w/ the comptech headers/exhaust etc, did you sell them on the car or get rid of them already???

^ Good to see you back! Yeah, we finally cleaned out the garage the weekend before you came to make room for the truck. Then the weekend you left I sorted everything and got all of this stuff together...

All of the CT parts stayed on the car when I sold it. I do have springs which I didn't list b/c they're technically not mine, they're the company's (ccc.net/704motors), and those are brand new. But that and whatever else is listed in my first post is all I have left...

How much would they lower my TL? How would they affect ride quality? Would they fit and look good w/ stock tire/wheel size?

Specs here: http://www.comptechusa.com/store/110135tl.html

2" Front, 1.7" rear. With these you'd ride more like a Type-S then a TL-P. It will definitely improve handling and reduce body roll. I've never seen a TL-P with stock rims lowered. I've seen a TL-S with stock rims lowered which looks good, but never a TL-P.
