This disc is the orange disc and only works in vehicles with systems that use the ORANGE DISC, not the black discs. Other models that might use this are the newer MDX, 3.2TL (2003 and newer) and possibly the newer 3.5 RL's. Not sure which model Hondas use this disc, so please check with the dealer before buying
