Hey guys......

I have a set of 2008 Acura TL Type-S wheels and tires for sale. I just had these popped off last week. I would say the tires have about 95% of the tread left on them. When I took them off last week, I was at about 1750 miles on the car. Wheels are in excellent shape. Although the front right wheel does a little knick in it, but not that bad at all. I called the Acura dealership before I got my new wheels to have it fixed, and they said it would be around $25 bucks. I can have it done, but didn't mess with it since I got the new wheels put on. I would be more than happy to have it fixed before selling them to someone, or you can have them done when you get the wheels.

I have some pictures on my desktop at home of the wheels and tires. I will post them this evening once I am home from work.

Ahhh no thanks. That means I would be paying about 75 bucks for shipping, and then selling the set for 925. Not even close to what I am asking for. I would be giving them away. They are an 08 set, with 1500 miles, give or take on the tires.

I have been told the Type-S wheels look the best on the SSM, because of the color of the car and the wheels together. I saw a picture with these wheels a few months ago. Tried to search for it, but could not find it. I will keep looking, and if I find it I will post it.

Sorry guys. I just can't sell these for 1050 shipped. Shipping alone will cost me 75 bucks. I am practically giving these away if I took less than 1000 after shipped. I would be willing to consider 1200 shipped if the right buyer comes along. Remember I do not have to sell these. If I don't sell them, I will be more than happy to put the Type-S wheels back on for four months during the winter to save the hard weather and tread life on my A-Specs.

No thanks, but I appreciate the offer.

So if I took it, I would be paying 25 bucks to fix it, another 10 in gas since the dealership is 45 mins from my house, and then 75 to ship the wheels and tires, that is well below 1000 for the set when they are worth a lot more. You couldn't even come close to buying these anywhere for 950 with tires and wheels two months old with 1500 miles on the treads. Heck if I saw this deal and wanted them, I would buy two sets!

Not a bad offer, but I really do not want two sets of tires and wheels for this car. Which is my biggest reason to sell the Type-S wheels. Besides I would not want to put a set of stock 2004 wheels on a 2008 Type-S. Thank you though.

What tires are on the wheels?

Ahh not sure to be exact. Whatever the factory all season 17" tires are. I will see if I can look a little closer later tonight.

Ok...took some shots of the wheels cleaned up. This is the one that has the little nick in it. I have also cleaned the inside of the wheels to remove all the brake dust, what little there was. And I took a picture of the tires to show how much trad life is left, which is probably about 95% if not more.

Here is the nick I was talking about. I zoomed in big time on my camera to get it as best as I could. Dealer has seen it and said 25-30 bucks would take it right out. Not that big at all.
