It will fit.

I just bought one from another member with a 03 CLS 6MT and fitted it on to my 01 CLS 5AT.

You will have to cut that pipe a couple of inches shorter though.

Going from 6mt to 5at IS possible with a minor mod but can NOT go the other way.

Prices lowered again, I need these gone ASAP since I just bought a house and don't intend on bringing any of these parts with me.

I know the NRG dampers are sold, but do those fit a 2g tl-s? Are they torque dampers? Man, Ive been looking for a pair to fit my car forever. Cant find them if my life depended on it.
