They have some minor curbrash, do not have to be refinished. Brand new just rims are $1600 or so, so price is good. I'll trow in 3 FREE tires, but 1 is done. 1 is ok and 1 is almost new. All TOYO brand.
Local get priority as it's around $200 to ship.

Will they fit without spacers on an '04 TL 6mt?

hmm..not sure. can someone confirm pls. I know it will not clear big brakes.

Tese are used rims and should be purchased as used. I'd say 6-7 out of 10. You can't even see rash from 3 feet back.

will they fit 03 tl-s w/ 1.5" drop? is the lip chrome or stainless? im seriously interested?

It will fit for sure, but not sure about the drop. You may have to check on 2G forums for fitment. most guys are running 40-50 offset as far as I know.
Hope this helps. Worst case you may have to cut the tabs.

Lip looks like chrome, but not polished.

I'm running 18X8s and i had to cut the tabs, with these wheels 8.5 your going to have to cut the tabs as well roll the fenders forsure. With just my tires tucked there's only 2mm or less of clearance between the fender and tire but with a drop 1.5" drop not to sure... if your looking to tuck these your going to need a chamber kit for the rear.
