FS: 17" 2003 Honda Accord 6 Speed Wheels

Up for grabs is a set of 4 03 Accord 6 Speed wheels with no tires. The wheels come with center caps and valve stems and have no bends at all. They do have some curb rash. I'll explain with the pics below:

Wheel 1
Small bit of curb-rash, highlighted in red

Wheel 2
This wheel has more curb rash, highlighted in red

Wheel 3
Small nick (highlighted in red), otherwise nice and clean

Wheel 4
Probably has the most curb rash, highlighted in red

The four wheels are original to the car, and while they have curb rash, they don't have any bends or defects other than the cosmetic defect of the curb rash. These things ride incredibly smooth and are solid wheels. They'd be good if you wanted to refinish them, use them as winter wheels, or just throw them on your ride. Here are the specs:

Wheel Size: 17 x 7
Offset: 55 mm
Bolt Pattern: 5 x 114.3

I am looking to get $350 plus shipping for this set of 4 wheels. If you are a local (in Austin) and want to pick them up, then it's $350 outright.

EDIT: Shipping is approximately $80-100 depending on your location. If you are curious, just give me your zip code and I can check for you.

Please let me know if you have any questions

I am in Boston and am very interested in putting these on my 07 Accord LX. Would you do 300 flat?

Also, how much do they weigh? And what recommended tire size?

Use 215-50-17 tires; weight is ~23-24 lbs.

Correct. You can use either 215-50-17 or 225-50-17 tires. If you want a thinner sidewall, you can use 225-45-17.

Lowest I can do is $350 shipped. Hope this helps

Well, I currently have the option of getting Acura TL stock 17" wheels for 300, so its between those and this. The downside to the TL's is that I believe they are heavier and may make a slightly noticeable difference in speed as my car is only 4 cylinder.

What would be the difference between a thicker or less thick sidewall, if I may ask? Also, do you know where I could find out how much my stock wheels weigh just as a point of comparison? I'm looking all over and cant seem to find it.

I really like the look of those wheels, however.

I do believe that the TLs are going to be heavier, as they are an extra inch wide.

A thicker sidewall will make the wheel look smaller, while a thinner sidewall will make it look bigger. The problem is that you don't want your car looking like an Integra or something. It's good to strike a happy medium. 215-50 is the ideal size and should be an upgrade for your 4 cyl (that came with 205 wide tires).

Hope this helps
