Front License Plate Holder Screw Hole Plugs Needed - 06 TL Royal Blue Pearl

Hi there,

i'd like to remove my front license plate but from various threads, it appears that there are 2 holes in the bumper where the screws to hold the license plate holder are.

The bumper plugs cost $28 dollars at dealerships and none of them have any spare plugs.

I can't believe they are this expensive. I live in the Toronto Canada region.

Does anyone want to sell their bumper plugs or have access to them that they can sell to me? My car is an 06 TL and the color is Royal Blue Pearl.

Thanks.

Get them from your dealership for free. Just ask the service guys.

Twas hoping DatBoiDennis would show up in this post. I'm looking for 3G TL front bumper plugs also. Will send Paypal or any other method.
Ron? you said you'd keep track of users that were interested in that post- is there any way to send PM?

You can't send a PM until you've been here 15 days and have 3 posts, but if you post your email address I will send it to DatboiDennis and the rest will be up to him.

I don't follow these threads and just figure people can do their own contacting, but of course in your case that wasn't possible. Clever of you to use the Bad Post Report and lucky for you I still get them.

Have you exhausted all the other means for acquiring these plugs that were mentioned in the links I posted here?

Yes, I went to the dealer I bought the car from and got pretty much the same story as other owners. The dealer wants ridiculous $$. As for using the "bad posts" method- I wasn't attempting to circumvent the posting process, but I didn't see any other way of replying to a closed thread given my <15 day status.

To: DatboiDennis pls contact me at v8calibrator@comcast.net
Thanks all!

I sent him a PM since he probably wouldn't see this thread.
