Comptech at Special Pricing--NEW PRICES

Hey guys, I work for an authorized distributor of Comptech and we have decided to offer some killer pricing on their products.

Here is what I can do:

Headers for $1125 shipped
Exhaust for $598 shipped
Springs for $270 shipped
Sway Bars for $296 shipped

I can also get any other product they carry at the lowest price around--exept for the NSX parts and the S2000 charger.

To order, please either PM, e-mail, or call me direct at 407-772-0070 with your information and I will take care of everything, even e-mail your tracking numbers to you.

Let me know if you have any questions at all.

Thanks
Dean Baty

JasonT,

We are in Apopka off of 436 across from Mulinax Ford.
I can't go any deeper on the headers, but I will cover the tax for you if you want to pick them up. So it will still be $999.

Smitty got mail

Yep yep.... Hey fellows I just talked with Dean on the phone, he is legit and he is not pulling your leg about the prices... these prices can't be beat for the time being.... I just bought the headers (999.00 shipped to my front door) and springs (260.00 shipped to my front door) from Dean.... he is a cool guy and is not trying to rip anyone off... he is looking to sell quantity and quality (Comp Tech name say quality alone), so give Dean a call or PM him and he will answer all your questions or find an answer for you and get back to you promptly...

If you have any more questions towards me feel free to e-mail me or PM me.

So that means we’re looking at a TRUE 255-265 to the wheels with a CAI.
Stock 6-Speed = 217 to 221
Headers = 33
CAI = 8 to 10

Damn tempting and my buddy who’s “good with tools” says he’ll install them for a couple cases of Molson.

Does this guy take VISA ???

Yes

yeah Dean takes the Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express....

Now 33 ponies is with the Comp Tech exhaust.. the stock mufflers restrict alittle....

30 ponies from the headers
3-4 ponies from the upgraded Comp tech exhausts
5-7 ponies from the CAI
and don't forget the Acura-cl sticker.... that adds atleast 5 ponies in itself...

I got the last set of headers ... till they produce more next week...lol.. big deal.. I will probably spend a week looking at mine before I can get a chance to install them anyways..LOL

Yeah 30 from the Headers alone
and 3-4 ponies from the Comp tech exhaust
so they came up with 33 with both mods done. the manual, but ask Dean for the specs, he will be more than happy to give you the down low on it..

I was just wondering because CT claims 32hp on the auto and I would guess that since the manual has less drivetrain loss...that it might see a little more gain than the auto Reguardless I cant wait to have them on the manual now because I loved them on the auto I had.

So Shawn...did you place your order yet

Not yet, but I’m quickly running out of reasons why I haven’t.
Right now I’m waiting for a definite GO from my friend on the install help.

I just ordered the headers from your guy yesterday austin...it was only 50 bucks more so its not that big of a deal to me. But you have to admit...999 shipped is the lowest I have ever seen them But I have delt with your guy before and he is prompt and I know he is honest so I am ok with it

Similar prices?... I think Dean has the best prices I have seen... and yes everything is shipped to your door for that cost.... No one was willing to work for my dollar like Dean was...and besides he was dealing with a guy from Florida and Dean ate the Sales tax for the guy... I PM'ed Dean and he called me on the phone within 15 minutes... he has called me multiple times to give me my tracking numbers and assure me that everything will fit my car and their will be no problems. He even cut me a price break on the Sways since i ordered 2 sets of them along with the Headers and the Springs.. Dean is everything I want when it comes to a true salesman... willing to bend over backwards for the sale and get the stuff to me ASAP... I ain't getting any younger here.LOL

does everyone charge a "transaction fee"? that's the only thing that really bothered when i bought stuff from Austin519's guy. i was always under the impression that you weren't allowed to charge customers more to cover your own credit card merchant fees.

acuraboy,

Nope, no extra fees. The pricing you see is the pricing I charge. The only difference is going to be if I have to ship things to Canada.
(I learned a very expensive lesson about that a little over a year ago)
Hope to hear from you!

actually they can't charge whatever they want. i paid by credit card (silly 21st century technology). call your credit card company and ask them if merchants can charge you more for using a credit card. it violates the bank-merchant contract agreement and if the merchant is caught doing so they can have the priviledge of accepting said credit card taken away from them among other things

Austin519,

you may want to forward this info to your buddy with the may comptech specials before someone decides to ask their credit card company to forward it to him

I actually don't think this applies...I say that because if he charges a fee to everyone...which I believe he has...then he's ok. Credit card companies just don't like businesses discouraging their use. But I will mention this to him.

if he charged a fee to everyone then yes, everything i've said isjust a bunch of hooey. unfortunately, he has a credit card price and a non-credit card price. the issue is not whether or not he charges everyone extra for using a credit card but rather if he does in fact charge extra for the use of a credit card as opposed to say cash or check or any other means which does not impose on him a merchant's fee. he could get away with say a paypal and non-paypal price since paypal does not put forth any provisions regarding the billing of other paypal customers additions charges for the use of the paypal billing service. but again this is not the case. your contact (sorry i forget his name) gave me two prices for my purchase - one if i were to pay with a credit card, and another lesser price if i didn't use a credit card. in that situation, it does apply. he is rather slick in not listing the transaction fee explicitly though on the receipt. actually at first he didn't even send me a receipt. i had to "special order" it. your man knows the deal.

look austin519, i'm not slamming your contact here. he was very quick in shipping my stuff as soon as i paid. he was relatively priompt with the emails too. i'm just saying that as a consumer, i'd never purchase anything from him again. he's the merchant making the profit. he's the one enjoying the speed and immediacy of credit cards. he shouldn't be nickel-and-dime-ing his customers which at the endof the day accounts for some serious cabbage.

not to beat on a dead horse but...

i totally appreciate your work in getting the board that deal. i'm just saying be careful with whom you associate. you may see yourself as the connection guy who has nothing to do with how the business of said connection is done but others may see you as the one who introduced them to a particular connection and whatever bad (or good) comes of it. your name is associated with the efforts you put forth. just my unsolicited, unqualified $.00000002

Dean...

Smitty and I got our Sways the other day. I always thought they were powder coated black and not silver. I'm not complaining here (in fact I prefer the silver), just wondering why they changed the color.

chikai,

It all has to do with when they had the bars powdercoated. Since Comptech does them in batches, it all depends on when and where they were done. (Basically, I have no idea why they keep changing the colors on them)

Same bars, just differnt colors. :P
