CLOSED! FS: Hella HID Ballasts/Bulbs 9005/9006 & H3 3000k HID Bulbs
Bought these Hella Gen. 3 Ballasts and bulbs from Excellerate a while ago (came in a set of 4 bulbs/ballasts). I installed one set into my fiance's vehicle, and put this set into my highbeams for about a month just for the sake of it. This set's been used for a total of 1 hour at the very most. The bulbs will fit either 9005 or 9006 sockets and are a slight purple-ish color, not really sure where they lie on the color spectrum. Here's a few images:

The left (passenger side) high beam has the HID kit in, and the right (drivers side) is just a regular halogen bulb. Can also compare the color to the stock HIDs. The red circles are where I mounted the ballasts, if anyone was interested. Asking $200 plus shipping/paypal for this setup.
I also have up for sale a pair of H3 3000k HID bulbs. These are brand new, and I've never used them. I was going to use these with the Hella ballasts, but soon realized the connections were completely different, and I'd have to cut/solder the wires together, which I wasn't comfortable doing. Asking $60 plus shipping/paypal for the H3 bulbs.

the HID kit is for high beams right? And does the HID kit include bulbs?

Just FYI, the Hella HID kit are for aftermarket purposes to fit 9005 & 9006 headlight sockets, and are not for factory HID headlights. I don't know if the ballasts will work with an OEM setup or not, but they are the same ballasts that come stock on a lot of German OEM HID setups (Audi, VW, etc.)

do you know where you could possibly find a ballast for the h3 bulbs? if so i would be interested.

All of the newer aftermarket ballasts I've seen have had the same connectors. Good place is to search on ebay for "Replacement Ballast". I'd give a link, but I'm not sure that's allowed.
