98% new. I put 5 lugs on one wheel and immediately removed it. The blue didn't flow with my calipers or the rest of the car so I stuck with my red lugs nuts. I can't return them since it's passed the 30 day return policy. Comes with a key and the registration to get a backup key.

12x1.5 thread, Conical seat. Fits Hondas/Acuras (and more!)

I have these lugs and will say, they are awesome....it flows with my rims/calipers really well....

I got it from Amazon around the same price....

excuse my noobness, but these will not work with A-spec wheels will they? im not sure what the difference between ball seat and conical seat is.

^^^ all stick wheels need ball seated lugs....these are not ball seated....

so NO they are no recommended....how ever I have run gorilla lugs on stock rims without a problem, maybe I got lucky but will not recommend it.....

Steven Bell found some ball seated lugs on Ebay....in red/blue/black....and they were around the same price tag....

this will fit all aftermarket rims thow....

now that the sale is not going thro...OP I think the price on this is kinda high....amazon is selling brand new for $31 shipped....so u might wanna consider that...GLWS
