This is from My 02 TL-S. I took it out when i put in my new system. It was used for a sirius satellite unit. According to the back this "AUX Audio Interface" is compatible with "1998 Accord 1999-2004 Honda Not good with 03+ Accord, TSX, 04 TL."

I believe so, the same 6-disc CD changer as the TL. If you want i can take a picture of the connector so it can be more confirmed.
