base tl rims, type s rims or aspec rims

My boys girl is looking for new rims for her new 04. She has the stock 04s but they are scratched to shit.

Any base rims, type s rims or aspec rims as long as they are in good shape with minor or no scratches.

Preferably local to westchester, ny or nyc.
