Selling my AEM V2 for $175 plus a stock 04-06 intake. The 07-08 TL's have a slightly different shaped air filter box I believe, so it won't be compatible with my TL. I'd recommend cleaning the AEM filter before installing it on your car since I haven't cleaned it in a long time, but that is completely up to the buyer.

DMV/NOVA locals only since I'll need your stock intake.

Just an FYI, been through this as well, 07-08 Types Airboxes are also slightly different. In other words 04-06;07-08(base); 07-08(TypeS) are not interchangeable from my experience.
