I am selling my subwoofer box and subwoofer from my 2003 cl type s. The box was custom built for the speaker and car. The box lines up perfectly with the hole between the trunk and rear seat arm rest. There are brackets on the top that I screwed into the crossmember with self tapping screws. Unfortunately I do not have any pictures of it in the car as I took it out at the dealer when I traded it in. The box is built out of 3/4 inch mdf, which was routed and caulked to seal it.

The subwoofer sounds great and works perfectly. It is a Kicker Solo-Baric L7 8 inch.
