Here's my accord rims for sale. I'd say they are in 7/10 condition and the tires are about 6/10, maybe a little better. They have some normal wear and tear on the rims, but no bends. 3 of the 4 tires are Hankook Ventus and one is a Falken 512. One tire has a bubble but it's been driven on for a while and it's alright. There are TPMS mounted but I'm not sure what they are for, possibly an accord. I guess you could have that checked out when you have new tires put on. I'm looking for $700 or b/o out of these, and I prefer not to ship but I will if I have to. I'll even drive up to an hour to meet up. If you have any trade offers for a 2g TSX or some 17"s w/ good tires straight up, just shoot me some offers.
