For the moment, I am only posting this as a feeler thread to gauge interest since the coilovers will be uninstalled from my car by/before mid-November.
I've been driving on them since May 08' and put on about 35k miles (majority of weekend driving, 3 round trips to NorCal, and a couple round trips to Vegas). No leaks, still runs smooth, never tracked!
Single post from my progress thread a few nights after from when I had them installed.
I'll be posting more updates as time gets closer to November. Feel free to post here or PM me with questions, offers, or dibs. I plan to accept CASH OFFERS ONLY, please.

Don't know too much about suspension/coilovers. I'm currently running on stock suspension. When you say top hats are missing, is that something that normally comes with the coilover? If so, how hard will it be to get replacements?
I live in west LA and am interested to pick them up

Our stock suspensions come preinstalled with top hats. To install Tein Super Street coilovers properly, you will either need to resuse your own top hats or purchase new ones to be able to bolt on the coilovers to your car.
I'll give the buyer the option of purchasing the coilovers seperately from the top hats if he/she can not afford my asking price... Just shoot me an offer if you'd like to go that route but, I'm very certain though that my price is already a great deal for what I'm trying to let go. If your TL is a base model, it will be ready for plug n' play. Unless you own a type S, then you will have to order Type S specific top hats.
As far as availablity, someone is already ahead of you but I will always give priority to local buyers who are able to pick up my item in person.
Coilovers will be off the car some time by next week!
