3-way Speaker pods for sale

mods- hope you dont mind this here.... no one checks the market....

you all know my 3-way pods.... im just seeing if anyone would wanna buy em. im planning on moving onto a new car sometime in the near future..... anyway, heres a little info on the pods and the cdt audio speakers....

heres the story- i built these pods about 6 months ago. i designed them to fit in place of the map pocket and the speaker grill spot.... they bolt right in with minor modification. i love em and i love the sound imaging. they face the driver and passanger perfectly. When i chose speakers to go with the system i decided i wanted to do 3-ways right off the bat. CDT has always been one of the few companies at the top of my list... just like diamond, A/D/S.... etc. Ive tried many a speaker (mb Quart, eclipse, kicker, jl....) list goes on... and these speakers are truely awsome... they can handle 190 rms power all day long!

anyway, the speakers and pods are sold together... they were built to work together so if you wanted just one or other im sorry... i wont part them. im including a link to the cdt page for more info on em, ( http://www.cdtaudio.com/classic2000MidDriv.htm )i payed $350 about 6 months ago for these speakers and put in ALOT of time, labor, and material cost for the pods... i know the speakers are 6 months used and in determining a price to sell i took that into account. i can never really determine a price for my labor and truely i wanted to do it for myself in the first place anyway, so labor im gonna forget about. Material cost was quite high as it took alot of fiberglass and other materials to make the pods... so understand that the price im asking is respectable.... i would like to get $350 for the pods and speakers... that includes all 6 speakers (2- 6.5" subs, 2 4" mids, and 2 .75" silk dome tweeters) all crossovers, and both pods. let me know if you'd be interested. Shipping will be extra ofcourse. If you'd like to talk to me on AIM my name there is the same here- D5C5B. also, many people can account for me on the forums, so know that youre dealing with a trustworthy person! thanks for your interest

-david

p.s. if you do decide to buy i can also walk you through how to install everything once it arrives. let me know!

heres a bad pic of the right side.... if anyones seriously intereted i might be takin em out soon and ill get some nice close up pics etc.....

I would definitely consider buying these. I think they look great and you did an awesome job. Dont hold me to this quite yet because i am not sure if can come across the money. But I am sure that you can easily sell these!

Do you ahve to cut out that stock cubby hole? I may be interested.

Got an amp to sell too? All i've got is a shitty alpine HU. Would this setup basically be replacing all the factory speakers?

the stock cubby just unscrews from the back.... and sorry, no amps for sale. but you could easily use this and your only source of speakers.....if you had subs and some simple rear fill speakers it'd sound alot better tho!

ohh, why and where did i get moved to?!?

thats a 2-channel amp and realistically it would work.... though i'd recommend a four channel amp... incase in the future you decided to replace your rear speakers you'd have room to add them onto your amp... also, the rms on that amp isnt too impressive.....

heres something that would just sound awsome (same as what ive got) its a rockford amp and for the money the power is amazing.... its giving a clean 100 watts rms to each channel all day long. this is something i'd recommend to pair with those speakers
