Finally swapped in my TL-SHAWD manifold into my 2012 accord so I'm selling the old parts.
I'll take $10 off for local pick-up in the San Diego area or Inland Empire area (or someplace inbetween). Local pick-up must pay with cash.

Yes but your IAT sensor would have to be relocated. On the 2G RL the IAT sensor is located on the manifold, there is not a location on this manifold for you to install your IAT sensor onto it.
Your existing top plate would work fine as well, if you picked up the top plate in this thread you wouldn't be able to use your original engine cover any longer.
If you have a CAI it could be re-located to the air intake tube just prior to the throttle body.
Adding test pipe and extra weld-in bung for wideband O2 sensor. Test pipe has a stainless bung welded in and includes a plug for it if you don't have a wideband.
No gaskets or heat shields included.
As an FYI innovate recommends installing wideband O2 sensors 24" downstream from your merge, if you have the ATLP V2 J-pipe the location of the bung in this test pipe has it about 18" from the merge, with the ATLP V2 to have your wideband 24" downstream it has to be in the mid pipe of your cat-back exhaust.

For the J35Z3 intake manifold would I need to purchase a different top plate to install it in my car? I have a 2004 3.2 Liter TL
Yes, the 2004 has the butterflies integrated into the intake manifold, whereas the newer models have the butterflies integrated into the top plate on the manifold.
You'd need both parts, your stock throttle body would work though. I can offer a deal if you're interested I still have these parts.
Probably do the install too if you like, I'm also in San Diego.
