I have for sale an OEM set of mudflaps off my 2003 TL-S. They are in great condition. No hardware as you utilize the hardware that is already existing to bolt them on. Will be cleaned up before shipment!

I also have a full complete set of TL-S suspension (shocks, springs) off my 2003 TL-S. They had 56K miles on them when I pulled them for aftermarket setup. They are in perfect working condition. As you can see they include all tophats etc! Perfect for going back to stock or upgrading your TL-P setup!

Just a heads up, the rear doesn't come stock with bolts/fastener for the mud flaps if your car didn't come with mud flaps...front just uses the fender liner bolts like you said though.
