JDM Black Headlights, includes ballasts and HID bulbs (missing the back caps, had to use them for my retrofit set), also comes with 2 city light harnesses that can be tied into the parking lights. $275 + Shipping
OEM Headlights, includes ballasts and HID bulbs $175 + Shipping. Pics for these will be up tomorrow.
I upgraded to a projector retrofit set, so these are no longer needed.
I also have 99-01 OEM Tail Lights, $50 + Shipping.

The light output is weird due to the JDM spec, but it's bright enough. I want to sell them together, unless you know someone who wants the ballasts and bulbs for it.

Yes they are and caps are included. OEM Headlights sold.
I also have a retrofit by BFC up for sale. Passenger side HID wires need to be fixed. Passenger side also is lifting. Paid $1200, selling it for $500 + shipping. Pics here
