I sold an iPhone 3G to Patrick Estrada.

He probably repaired it and now he's selling the olg 2G one.


To the one who's saying that i probably didn't mention that the screen was broken in my listing, it ain't true. Here is the actual listing

It is more than clear that the screen was broken

If you look in his feedback, he already bought phones with broken screens.

If you could see his paypal adress, you would see that it is the same as the one he used in his first thread, it is with google that i found this thread.

I'm very frustrated about that situation which is far from being a joke.

You may have misunderstood something because I didn't see where anyone here said you didn't say it was broken.

I'm not good at searching for feedback on ebay, so could you give me a link to his feedback please.

You're right, it was me, and I apologize for not correcting that when you replied and I saw your ebay ad.

I don't see how activating your account will help you find him, so I won't do it.

We will consider elevating this problem if we don't hear from pestrada1978 or don't like what he says.

We still have to wait for his reply, and he hasn't been in the forums since the 6th.

I guess I still don't know how to read ebay, because all I got from your link was a bunch of positive comments. Is cashlovesme the ebay name for pestrada1978?

There is no need for anyone to post anything more until pestrada1978 makes his return, unless it is something actually pertinent to the sale.

No offense, but this phone is not worth the price. Unlocking phones are only 10$ at most places so who cares if it works with "every carrier". With a price of $375 I can sign a contract with ATT and buy the 3G IPHONE for $199 (or even cheaper at small authorized dealers) and cancel it for $200 making that only 400$ with a new Iphone or I could just buy a 3G Iphone new without contract for 400$ when you're selling a used 2G iphone for 375. 150 a month is with like 1600 minutes with unlimited text and web and its not necessarily 150$ tax is expensive for phones especially in TX (20%)
