I have had the OEM exhaust for my former TSX hanging in an enclosed garage for several years now. I only had the OEM exhaust on the car for about one year or 12,000 miles before I changed it out for an aftermarket Comptech exhaust. It is still in good condition to this day. It may have some dust or cobwebs on it that can be easily cleaned off.

I am asking for $50 or your best offer, and I would prefer a local pick up as it would be cumbersome to ship. However, if you are interested, I would consider shipping at your expense.

I'd like to sell it as there is no reason to keep it around anymore and I'd like to free up some space.
