The wheels are 100% mint, not a scratch on them, the other 3 are identical in condition the one shown. I will get around to putting all the wheels up. I won't be rushed either. I'm in no hurry to sell. And you better believe i am as honest as any seller comes!!! I ALSO prefer to deal with someone local here in Vancouver.
