I have 07 base tail lights.
Im located in Orange county area in CA. I also go down to San diego once a month.
I dont know much about cars so you would have to switch the tail lights for both cars but i will definately try to help.

Dont think you would find someone in their right mind for that trade straight up and you need them to install them for you.

Try offering some compensation or just buy them online and try selling your base tails
