Selling 3 seperate JL Audio 13TW5 subwoofers ***Brand NEW never installed***(600 watt subwoofer) Each for $400 shipped and paypal fees included. Paid $550 at Crutchfield I was planning on using these in my car but decided to go completely stealth install.

^OP's price is fair. IIRC Crutchfield and only maybe 2 or 3 other dealers are the only authorized JL dealers so if you buy it from the link you posted and it blows in a week, your SOL.

the subs found on ebay and non authorized dealers are still the real deal, and should perform the same (there are a few exceptions to this that can be found online), but for the most part the only difference is that non-authorized sellers remove the serial numbers from the drivers. no warranty will be given for a product that doesn't have the factory serial number. so all those ebay drivers you'll find for 40% less don't have serial numbers on them, and as such no warranty. hope this helps. OP, great price for these subs, i'm actually thinking about picking up a pair.

Yes the warranty will transfer as long as the product has the serial number and a copy of the sales receipt (to show it was purchased from an authorized dealer).

1 has sold and I only have 2 left and they all have serial numbers as I purchased them from an AUTHORIZED dealer.

These guys are great... have bought multiple JL Audio items from them and they honored the 3 yr warranty they display on their wesbite when I had an issue with one of the drivers I bought.
