Used Car Disclosure

I just bought a used car from a dealer in Brampton. On paper the car is super clean, no accidents. The salesperson repeatedly assured me the car has no accidents. However when I brought it home yesterday I noticed one of the side skirt was replaced. I must not have seen it during my original inspection. According to the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act seems like dealers may only be required to disclose damages greater than $3000, or if two or more adjacent panels were replaced. Does anyone know if dealers are required by Ontario law to disclose all known damages and repairs to any potential buyer?

Maybe the accident was never reported so it wouldn't show up on any reports. I think when buying a used car the seller must buy an accident history report (some sort of used car package from the ministry) which should be shown to the buyer. Repairs could have been done at other places than the dealer, so they may not have records of that unless given from the previous owner.
