Headlight clearing and blackout in GTA

Anybody in the GTA know how or interested in trying a DIY to clear headlights? willing to get together with me to try it? i will provide food and bevies along with my help if anybody is interested. PM me.

you can maybe try auto motion they are at keele and steeles they might do some stuff like that
