Ooo, thanks, J! I'll check my calendar, but I think I'm off that Tuesday. That's a very reasonable price.

Big Block go VROOOM!
I went to the Power Tour stop here in Chicago. Still waiting on my NAPP membership card, BTW. Anyways, I've owned Kelby's "Photoshop CS2 Book for Digital Photographers" for quite a while and roughly 70% of the exercises in the Power Tour session are the same as was what's in that book. I can only assume that it's a bit more if you have the CS3 edition of the book.
This really isn't a knock against the Power Tour stops. If you look at all into Kelbytraining, they state up front that their goal is to provide the same consistent information regardless of what medium you select for its delivery. I just wanted to help set expectations to anyone that's going or considering going. I still found my day well worth it. The info I learned in the new-to-me exercises was till quite good and Dave Cross gave us a ton of practical keyboard shortcuts. He's a pretty entertaining guy too. Much more outgoing and up-front when doing the session than he comes across on PSUTV. Oh, and there was the added bonus that I got to worship at the foot of the Red Mac. Dave replied "That'll be $44" when I made that joke to him.

I'll be taking the Metro from Vienna, Convention Center stop is on the Yellow/Green Line; Mt Vernon Sq 7th St-Convention Center.
As you come up the escalator out of Metro, the doors to the Convention center are right there, then you have to walk to the complete other side of the Convention Center for the hall the seminar is held in. Just follow the crowd.
It starts at 10am, I should be there before 930am. You guys still have my cell?
