thanks, I'm finding night street photography more interesting especially if it's raining and/or the ground is wet, the reflection makes it better. If it's day time, I like shooting into/towards the sun with the sun backlighting the subject(s)

I was in NYC this past weekend, great spot for street shooting. I brought both digital and film cameras with me, but ended up only shooting film. Got my first two rolls back, here are a few I liked. These two rolls were Kodak Tri-x 400, shot at 1600 and pushed 2 stops in processing. The cameras were a mix of Leica M6, and a voigtlander Bessa T that I picked up in the B&H Store (That place is like Disneyland). The shots in 35 were shot with a Voigtlander Nokton 35mm F1.4, the shots in 50mm were shot with a Leica Summicron 50mm F2. I have two more rolls getting processed tonight, a rollei 400 shot at box speed, and a Japan Camera Hunter (JCH) 400 shot at box speed (Excited to see the JCH one actually, my first time shooting with it). The JCH film was developed with street photography in mind, so excited to see the contrast.

A few more pics from NY. Tried out different films, pics 1-3 were with Rollei Retro 400, pics 4-5 are with a Film from Japan Camera Hunter (JCH400), pretty cool. Out of the two, I prefer the JCH for how it handles the greys. the Rollei seemed really contrasty for me. Pic 5 was my favorite, I caught that woman's face perfectly lit while the rest of her was in the shadow. These were on the M6, 50MM summacron for the Rollei, and my trusty Voigtlander Nokton 35 1.4 for the JCH.

Not sure why it took me so long to pick up a Leica M to Fuji X mount adapter.... Found a used one for a hundred bucks, which lets me use my old Leica glass on my Fuji X-T2 and X-T20
