I've used the program that goes direcetly into windows, but the smallest it goes is like 640x480. I need to go smaller. Any ideas?

What program did you use? I've used irfanview for a long time now and it does a really good job. www.irfanview.com to get the latest version.

The rename & resize batch conversion is under the File menu...you'll have to go into the advanced settings to customize the exact size you want.

it eats up a lot of resources if you are doing a big batch...the smallest it can do is 1 X 1 pixel

Click on the 'advanced' button, and you can set a custom size.
