I ordered a camera from Digital Foto Club and had some issues because my phone number or shipping address didn't match my CC statement. (I go to school away from home, hence the different info) I worked it out with the manager and he said it would be fine. I checked the order status on their website and it says its shipped, and I was emailed by UPS and I have been tracking it.

The thing is it showed up in my acct. as pending, yesterday and previous days. Today, there is no sign that I even ordered a camera. (all this from viewing my online banking page)

I don't know what to do. Hopefully I get the camera because it was such a hassle getting them to send it, but at least they did. I'll prolly call them later today, but does anyone know why this would happen?

 

i say if you get the camera, dont mention anything, FREE camera

Yep....it showed up. I'm glad it did. Just a little odd how it disappeared for one day. Never had that happen.

Now its just a matter of waiting for it.

I got a Rebel XTi. Don't have it yet so I can't say much about it. I have P&S and a film SLR, so I'm ready to take photography to the next level. Ive been reading alot of photography articles but the only way ill become more experienced with the camera and taking photos is just gettin out there and taking pics and playing with the settings,familiarizing myself with it.

I went to Best Buy yesterday and they had a Rebel XT (kit) for $700. I got the Rebel XTi (kit) for 40 bucks more, so that made me feel pretty good inside.
