Old cameras (disposal)

What do you guys do with your really old digital stuff?

I have a 2.0 MP Canon Powershot A60 I never use, but don't really feel like throwing it in the trash...

Schools? Boys/Girls club? Salvation Army?

My stuff was taken over by my son, he was using my Ricoh that I got in 95 or 96 when he was three. He broke it and then got my Sony Cybershot which still works.

The glove box is a good idea

Glovebox it or find someone you know who might be able to use it. That's what I've tried to do.

Actually people say donate it to your local fire department or police station. Their cameras that do its job and get things done. But if lost of damaged not much will be lost from losing it.

Local camera shop was telling this old couple about all their old cameras. They wanted to donate it to the camera store, but i'm sure their all booked with d700s lol

problem with glovebox is by the time you want to use the camera, it'll probably be out of juice. Unless you use non-rechargable batteries that don't drain so fast.

I'd say, give the camera to someone who can use it, maybe a friend's kid or something.
