cool - doubt I'll be getting that soon ( depending on price) but I want.

The faster sync speeds is pretty damn cool. I see that the RadioPopper JRx can now sync alien bees at up to 1/8000.

For the $30 difference in cost, the only reasons I can think of not to get two Flex units would be their size and/or battery concerns vs. the Mini.

I would just do the flex units too. Although it would be nice to have a smaller unit on the camera, the flex isn't that big and it's nice to only have one type of battery to worry about.

im def glad i waited to buy some triggers now. this seems like a no brainer especially since i just picked up my 430exII.

you know, i thought these new ones would save me money on not having to buy a PC to hot shoe adapter for my 430ex, but the extra cost makes up the difference

does anyone know if theres a way to make the flex trigger strobes or do u think its only going to trigger the speedlite?

yah but these look like gold to me lol. with the old PW there was no TTL so i dont think theres any making up for that!

there are 2 miniphone ports, one for triggering a camera, and the other for triggering a flash/strobe unit.

its the same way the plusII and multimax units set off strobes.

just be careful and dont mix them up, the voltages and whatnot could be different and could damage your flash unit
