The photo of the shipyard above, there was a LOT Of available light so I would think really ANY current smartphone would've done a pretty good job... not sure if the 13MP helped

Like the ground is separating at a fault. Very cool. I like that it's hard to tell what it is, and the slight motion blur and BW go well with the subject.

Thanks, I was digging a trench and only got around to doing the back fill after the sun went down. I noticed it was pretty cool when you threw a shovel of dirt into one end of the trench the dust would billow out of the other.

I was there this past Wednesday and Thursday (drove from Vegas). Man oh man is the Grand Canyon a breathtaking sight! I took a bunch more pics with my DSLR which I'll post later in a different thread.
