I just bought this N5005 with the 28-200mm lens off craigslist. The add said the lens was a tamron 71d which is an AF lens, but the lens is not AF so he had the wrong booklet. The guy was pretty honest and said he didn't know much about it, so I offered him less money then he was originally asking. The whole reason for even purchasing this was solely for the lens. I paid $120 for everything, with some filters, 4 rolls of film, a wrap of some sort for the camera and a bag. Is this a good deal?

I really wanted a lens I could walk around with without having to change lenses to zoom in past 70. I am going to try to sell the N5005 with the film and bag and wrap for about $50 if anyone is interested.

Idunno, but it was this funky contraption that was attached to the lens I wanted. Think it is a decent price for a manual focus 28-200mm?
