***Post your Pano Here ***

I did a search, and didn't find a thread dedicated to Pano's, so here it is. I've seen many great Pano's here, but trying to find them can be daunting, as they are spread throughout the many threads. Here we can post images, comments, and questions concerning Pano's.

After getting an "L" bracket for Christmas, I went and tried it out at our downtown lake. It was stitched with HDR Pro, using 7 images.

Two from Puerto Rico.

First, Santurce, which is where I was born & raised (5 shots, 70mm, f/10, 1/250):

This is Carolina, Isla Verde and parts of Hato Rey. You can really see the economic disparity here with high-end condo towers in the distance by the beaches, and rickety housing closer-in (18 shots, 70mm, f/10, 1/200):

These are incredible. I haven't quite mastered it yet, but im learning.

Out of these 4, I think the one with my wife is the worst.

Criticism/tips?

Westmoreland, Jamaica (Sandals Whitehouse)

Leadville, Colorado (The back bowls of Vail can be seen on the far right)

i think the best tip (if you aren't already aware) is to take landscape panos with the camera in portrait. You'll get a lot more image to play with since you'll most likely have to crop vertically due to the distortion of the stitched image.

For free, I am not sure of one. If you have an up to date Photoshop, its pretty decent and doing it for you. The Arkansas pano I did in CS4, it's listed under the automations.

Here are a couple of links from the drive....didn't want to hi-jack the thread any more! There were some killer S2Ks there, as well as a few others that were worth 5-8 brand new S2000s!

You can download Photoshop Elements 11 for free (for 30 days). Photomerge in PSE11 does a fantastic job.

I picked up PSE11 from Amazon for $49.99 Thanks to Jup.
