Bay Area Photo Studio Meet - 8/31
Hey guys, I saw this thread on another forum and it is in the Bay Area so I might be checking this out. It's an all car meet/BBQ/photoshoot in a professional booth at the Apex Race Parts headquarters in Livermore. It's a bit of a drive from the South Bay but their studio looks top notch! I even think they're letting some of the attendees take photos of their cars in the studio.

Have you ever seen a 3-wall cyclorama studio in-person? Do you want to experience and learn first-hand what it’s like for a car (possibly even yours!) to be shot under a 30’x10’ light bank?
The APEX Photo Studio (Division of APEX Race Parts) is hosting an open house on Saturday, August 31st, 2013. Come out with your cars and cameras and spend time in our full-sized, well equipped studio shooting spectacular cars. We want you to hang-out, talk shop, meet fellow car and photo enthusiasts, and see what it’s like to shoot a car in a studio. Time permitting, we might even have the chance to throw some of the attendants cars in the studio!
This event will be held at the APEX Race Parts headquarters in Livermore, CA. Conveniently located near the northernmost point of Mines Road and just off of 580, the meet isn’t more than 15 minutes from the 580/680 intersection and less than an hour from the South Bay. We have a huge parking lot and studio. The best part? The meet is completely free to attend! No registration, no charge, no hassle!
We would like people to arrive around 10am and the event will go until about 4pm. We’ll have a casual BBQ going around lunch/ First come, first serve! Stop by and check out some awesome cars, the new APEX Photo Studio, and meet some fellow automotive and photography enthusiasts! The meet is a minute away from the Umigo Indoor Kart Racing track and would make for great time after the meet with your friends!
We hope to see everyone there!

WOW! nice show of cars. Lots of bimmers and there were quite a few porsche GT3's a couple GTR's one sick flat black viper and I think Z06 and a very nice NSX actually their were a couple more NSX's, red ferrari and a few different cars and my lonely TL. I had a good time and everyone I meet was nice, good atmosphere. DAM and people I meet I forgot there names...sorry.But anyways I hope we can get Azine meet in the near future. RICK
