I was told a few days ago that the “the 6 speeds have not been released yet” and could not be ordered until this coming order period (mid September). I heard from a different source that they may not be here until January! What are you hearing?
Initially this upset me, but it actually this worked out ok, as I saw an Anthracite/Quartz and I decided it was a better color combo for me (and suited my lady better).

 

As of Sunday, the dealer said that the Manuals are still comming in November.

Lakeman that's the exact color combo and equipment I'm going to get. Can you take in depth pics when you get it? I'm leaning more towards quartz than ebony for the Anthricite. I want to see what the combo looks like.

 

Naplam, I spent the better part of two days driving all over North Georgia and SC, to look at TL colors. I saw every interior and exterior color except the red. When I saw the Anthacite and Quartz and how the different gray tones blended, both my wife (who was luke warm on my other choices) and I said "search over"
IMHO The black is too dark and as much as I wanted the wood, the Parchement and Camel are too light. I don't know when I will get the car, but hopefully I can get some pics posted if someone with a 5AT doesn't do it first.

 

Yeah I saw the Anthricite in person last night for the first time. It took my breath away (along with that damn sound system, OMG it's just simply amazing, never heard a theater in a car, with nice stock tight bass!) Anyways, I saw the green, silver and white. I sat in the silver with ebony, it was nice but a little too dark. I'm really waiting to drive the 6MT, no 2 ways about it I want that car. I noticed when I sat in the demo car how the car did not move at all when I sat in it, (I'm a pretty big guy at 6'2" and 265). That's tight enough for me although I may get the lowering springs. Great choice Lakeman. I'm going for a test drive Sat.
