2015 Vorsteiner Ferrari 458 Italia V-FF 105
Press release...
While the Ferrari 458 Italia received its successor in the form of the Ferrari 488 GTB, it is still a remarkable piece of Italian design and engineering. The Ferrari 458 Italia replaced the Ferrari 430 and brought a new level of aggressive styling and performance. The Ferrari 458 Italia was revealed at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show.
The vehicle is powered by 5.0 Liter V8 engine of the Ferrari/Maserati F136 engine family. This engine produces 570PS and develops 540 N·m (398 lb·ft) of torque powering the rear wheels. With 80% torque available at 3,250 rpm, this vehicle certainly produces some amazing acceleration in various driving modes. The engine features direct fuel injection, a first for Ferrari mid-engine setups in its road cars. The Ferrari 458 Italia can sprint from 0-62mph (0-100km/h) in just 2.9 seconds. The top speed is 340 km/h (210 mph).
When we introduced new additions to the Flow Forged wheel lineup, it was mandatory that we make a Ferrari 458 Italia application. These Vorsteiner V-FF 105 Flow Forged wheels feature a unique split five-spoke design. They utilize all the Flow Forged technology advantages as well, giving a lighter, stronger and more performance oriented wheel design.
Every Vorsteiner Flow Forged wheel can be attractive and lightweight because it uses high-quality raw materials and advanced manufacturing equipment. But overall, design strength is another objective on its own and this is another key aspect of these wheels. We thoroughly study each individual shape and arrangement to ensure our unique architecture has the longevity to outlast the most severe conditions. This yields the most beautiful and lightweight wheel setups available.
The wheels on the Ferrari 458 Italia are sized 20×8.5 and 20×10.5 in the front and rear respectively. Thanks to a Brushed Aluminum finish, these are a great visual addition to this supercar. This 458 Italia also features the Vorsteiner 458-V carbon fiber rear diffuser installed. Check out the media gallery below for more images from this build.
